These terms apply to the website columbiapowerwashingpros.com. The website is operated by Radkreation Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). When you request a quote, we pass your request to an independent local exterior cleaning contractor serving the area, who contacts you, prepares the quote, and performs any work you approve.

Using this website

You’re welcome to browse this site, request a quote, and share it with others. You may not copy our written content or photos for your own commercial use, misrepresent who you are when contacting us, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Quotes, work, and payment

Quotes, scheduling, payment, warranties, and site safety are handled by the independent local exterior cleaning contractor who receives your request, under that wash crew’s own written quote and agreement. We don’t perform cleaning work and we aren’t a party to that agreement. Here is what to expect:

• Quotes are written, listing the surfaces and the cleaning method for each, and no work starts until you approve one.
• Work dates depend on weather.
• Payment and any warranty terms are set out in writing by the contractor before work begins.
• Close windows, move vehicles, and keep pets inside on wash day. Tell the crew about outdoor outlets, lights, delicate plants, or loose paint before work starts.

Photos and property details

We’ll only publish photos of your property on this website with your permission, and we never publish your address.

Phone calls

We and the wash crew use the phone number you give us to call you about your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your use of this website. Claims about cleaning work are handled under your agreement with the wash crew who did it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under South Carolina law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
